This page contains Best Practices approved by the ICJ Training Committee. The purpose of a Best Practice is to provide guidelines that represent the most efficient or practical course of action. A Best Practice uses step-by-step processes to tackle challenges, create consistency, and serve as a general outline for a variety of situations. Please note, Best Practices are not policies or procedures, but simply references to assist states in dealing with cases.
