In accordance with ICJ Rule 2-103, prior to the Commission voting on any proposed rule or amendment, the text of the proposed rule or amendment shall be published by the Rules Committee no later than 30 days prior to the meeting at which vote on the rule is scheduled.
The final versions of all Rule Amendments were posted on August 28, 2023.

DEADLINE FOR FINALIZED RULE PROPOSALS
Committees and Regions that submitted initial Rule Amendment proposals by February 28, 2023 have the opportunity to edit their proposals after reviewing comments received during 30-day commenting period (April 6 - May 8, 2023).
June 12 is the deadline for edits to all proposals.

February 28, 2023 is the deadline for standing committees and regions to submit proposed rules and amendments to the Rules Committee for consideration at the 2023 Annual Business Meeting. The Rules Committee will not consider new proposals after this date.
