ICJ TRAINING PART 1 (2-hour training)

  • Introduction of ICJ
  • History of the Compact
  • General Provisions
  • Transfer of Supervision
  • Supervision in Receiving State
  • Closure of Cases

This instructor-led training will provide a brief history of the ICJ and highlight rules in the areas noted above.  The presenters will share examples of the ICJ Rules in the day-to-day operations of the Compact.

PREREQUISITE:  None required.  Please note that Training Part 1 and Training Part 2 are independent sessions/courses and there is no requirement to take in consecutive order.  

REGISTRATION is REQUIRED to attend the session.

COMPLETION: A certificate of completion will be issued for completing the 2-hour training via WebEx.  One certificate per registration / per person / per session.
