DESCRIPTION:  This is a 2-hour instructor-led training via WebEx on the ICJ Rules entitled:  ICJ Training Part 2 Runaways, Returns, and Liability. 

  • Attendees must register online via WebEx prior to the online training.
  • Each registrant must attendee the training and participate via WebEx to receive a Certificate of Completion.
  • A Certificate of Completion will be issued for each 2-hour training - per registration - per person. 
  • Part 1 includes a brief history of the Compact, transfers of supervision, and travel permits.
  • Part 2 includes ICJ runaways, voluntary and non-voluntary returns, ICPC recognition, and each member state's liability. 
  • The two trainings are independent of one another and may be completed in any order.
  • Part 1 and Part 2 will be offered online via WebEx once per month through August.
