AAICPC/ICJ Work Group

The AAICPC/ICJ Work Group is responsible for modifying the proposed MOU between the two compacts in an effort to create a more sensible approach to serving youth. The purpose of this MOU is to coordinate, to the extent possible, the roles and responsibilities of each party as they relate to the concurrent placement and supervision of a juvenile who transfers from one state to another.  The work group is comprised of four AAICPC members, four ICJ members, and three ex officios.
