The Information Technology (IT) Committee is responsible for identifying and developing appropriate information technology resources to facilitate the tracking of offenders and the administration of Commission activities, and for developing recommendations for the Commission’s consideration as appropriate.

Traci Marchand is the ICJ Commissioner/ Deputy Compact Administrator for the Department of Public Safety-Division of Juvenile Justice in North Carolina. She has worked with Interstate Compact for the last 9 years. Traci was previously a juvenile intensive parole officer in Virginia before becoming a juvenile court counselor (juvenile probation officer) for several years in North Carolina. She previously served as a council member on the Executive Board and as the Secretary of the Association of Juvenile Compact Administrators (AJCA). Traci is also a member of the Training, Education and Public Relations Committee and she is a trainer for the Interstate Commission for Juveniles. A native Virginian, Traci became a Tar Heel after earning her BA in Political Science from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Traci also has an MS in Criminal Justice from Radford University.
